[NYC] Enterprise Sales Manager

CB/I Digital is looking for a capable Enterprise Salesperson to join our team in order to strengthen our reach to top brands and agencies for new business opportunities. 

 

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the brand and agency landscape, with a deep network of C-suite executives. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

 

A strong understanding of digital marketing and technology is essential. You should be able to articulate complex digital strategies in a compelling way, demonstrating how our solutions can help clients achieve their business objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development:

  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-value target accounts within the enterprise market.
  • Proactively reach out to C-level executives to build strong relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key accounts and drive revenue growth.

Sales Process:

  • Craft compelling proposals, fee structures, and Statements of Work (SOWs) tailored to client needs.
  • Effectively communicate CB/I’s value proposition, highlighting our core competencies and track record of success.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customized digital strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Proactively address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Foster long-term partnerships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and coach the sales team to enhance their skills and drive performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to optimize sales processes and tools.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
