[HCMC] Business Analyst (BA), Platform

As a Platform Business Analyst (BA), you will play a critical role in driving the success of CB/I's platform initiatives. You will work closely with US and Vietnamese clients to understand their complex business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements. Your deep understanding of both business and technology will enable you to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Client Engagement:
- Directly collaborate with US and Vietnamese clients to gather and analyze detailed project requirements.
- Identify and clarify complex business needs, translating them into clear and concise technical specifications.
Requirement Analysis and Documentation:
- Synthesize complex requirements into well-structured technical documentation and general design documents.
- Conduct in-depth market research and surveys to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of business logic and its technological implementation.
Product Strategy and Planning:
- Support the Project Manager in developing and executing comprehensive product roadmaps.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and coordinating with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, DevOps, QA, IT, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.
Product Design and Development:
- Collaborate with design and development teams to define product features and user experiences.
- Analyze user needs and behaviors to create user-centric designs and suggest product improvements.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
